Founded in 2018 by Chef Antonio Reyes — alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu Paris and veteran of Michelin-starred kitchens in Tokyo and New York — Steak House 88 was born from a singular obsession: bringing the world's finest dry-aged beef experience to Jakarta.
Every Wagyu A5 cut is hand-selected directly from certified farms in Kobe, dry-aged 28 to 60 days in our dedicated chamber. Our wine cellar houses over 300 labels — from French Burgundy grands crus to Napa Valley cult cabernets — each curated by our in-house sommelier team.
